Challenge Overview

Technology

A solution for SC2 was developed from the ground-up, including a new adaptive, reconfigurable software defined radio architecture, as well as experimental work on neural network based algorithms for collaborative decision making.

Preliminary Event 1

SODIUM-24 placed 12^th in Preliminary Event 1 at the conclusion of Phase 1, then went on to compete as one of 20 teams in Phase 2.

Preliminary Event 2

SODIUM-24 placed 12^th in Preliminary Event 2 at the conclusion of Phase 2, then went on to compete as one of 15 teams in Phase 3.

SC2 Championship Event

SODIUM-24 qualified as one of the ten finalist teams to participate in the SC2 Championship Event, held at MWC LA on October 23, 2019. SODIUM-24's final ranking was 10th place.
